Frequently Asked Questions
We don’t have specific beginner classes but our classes are usually for all levels. If you want, you can tell the teacher at the beginning of the class that you have no experience and they will adapt the class and will give variations. To start out we recommend Hatha Classes, Gentle Yoga or Slow Flow as they are a little less dynamic and easier to follow as Vinyasa Yoga.
Our classes are mostly in English. We have only very few German classes. You can check out the schedule under the studio you want to visit. If it's written “DE” or “Deutsch” in the title of the class it’s in German, if nothing is written, it’s in English.
